Article (1)

To consider public benefit works projects for construction of housing units on the following locations:

  • Murzuq town 1 . its area about 70 hectares, its coordinates as follows:

North: Building and asphalt road (Tragn – Murzuq)

East: Road

South: Private property and camp

West: Road

  • Murzuq town 2 . its area about 18,565 hectares, its coordinates as follows:

North: Street and protection area

East: open area

South: Street

West: Road

  • Murzuq town 3 . its area about 71 hectares, its coordinates as follows:

North: High voltage electricity line and private property

East: High voltage electricity line .

South: High voltage electricity line .

West: School under construction and asphalt road (Murzuq – Godwa)

  • Wadi Ettia . its area about 122 hectares, its coordinates as follows:

North: Asphalt road ( Murzuq – Wadi Ettia)

East: Private property

South: Private property, palm trees and high voltage line

West: Private property.

According letter of administration committee secretary of housing and utilities corporation.

Article (2)

With the exception of legislation of GPC decision No.648 for 2007 for fixing amounts for estimating compensations on lands required for public benefit schemes, compensation for land in previous article will be amicably between the party owning the scheme and applicant requesting compensation. Estimated compensations will be approved by public corporation for housing and utilities .

Article (3)

This decision to be applied from  date of issue, to be executed by concerned authorities and published.
