Article (1)

To consider public benefit works the following projects:

  • To develop the locations east Sirt entertainment sports park its area about 1.7621 hectares . its coordinates as follows:

North: Street

East: Asphalt road

South: Street

West: Street

  • To extend treatment and lifting plants at Alzafaran congress. Its area about 1.392 hectares its coordinates as follows:

North: Asphalt road

East: Private property

South: Private property

West: Treatment plant

  • To extend main lifting plant for Sirte town at Alrebat Alamami . its area about 7350 sq.m. its coordinates as follows:

North: Asphalt road

East: Zedaniat company's location

South: Private property

West: Pumping plant No.1

  • Project for construction of housing units at Alzafran congress. Its area about 95 hectares its coordinates as follows:

North: Private property

East: Asphalt and earth road

South: Gas line

West: earth road

According letter of administration committee secretary of housing and utilities corporation.

Article (2)

With the exception of legislation of GPC decision No.648 for 2007 for fixing amounts for estimating compensations on lands required for public benefit schemes, compensation for land in previous article will be amicably between the party owning the scheme and applicant requesting compensation. Estimated compensations will be approved by public corporation for housing and utilities .

Article (3)

This decision to be applied from  date of issue, to be executed by concerned authorities and published.
