Article (1)

To except Sirt Gulf Company for quarries investment from Merging in public services company in Shabiat Sirt decided by GPC decision No. 42 for 2008 – article 1.

Article (2)

Sirt Gulf Company for quarries will be liquidated according legislations of commercial law and other related regulations.

Article (3)

Fund for liquidation of liquidated public companies and corporations will form committee under fund's supervision for sorting and evaluating Assets and liabilities of the liquidated company and to complete liquidation procedures according law.

Article (4)

This decision to be applied from date of issue and to be executed by concerned authorities.
