Article (1)

To consider public benefit works projects for construction of administrative location for authority for execution of housing and utilities projects in Tajurah. Its area is 3.7700 hectares . Its coordinates as follows:

North: Alshatti Aljalaa road.

East: Earthy road.

South: Earthy road.

West: Asphalt road.

According letter of administration committee secretary of housing and utilities corporation.

Article (2)

With the exception of legislation of GPC decision No.648 for 2007 for fixing amounts for estimating compensations on lands required for public benefit schemes, compensation for land in previous article will be amicably between the party owning the scheme and applicant requesting compensation. Estimated compensations will be approved by public corporation for housing and utilities .


Article (3)

This decision to be applied from  date of issue, to be executed by concerned authorities and published.
