Article (1)

To permit opening company's branch in Libya for the Italian Termo Mechanica joint stock company in treatment of waste, its transport, construction of treatment plants, treatment for interference of sea water with ground water and maintenance of water sewage nets.

Article (2)

This decision to be applied from date of issue and to be executed by concerned authorities.
