Article (1)

To amend article (1) of GPC decision No. 11 for 2008 so that its stipulation will be as follows:

Article 1 – to except Tripoli water and beverages filling company from arrangements of liquidation and merging stipulated in GPC decision No. 174 for 2005 concerning liquidating some public companies and corporations, and to transfer its affiliation to GPC for industry and mining.

Article (2)

This decision to be applied from date of issue, any contradicting rule to be cancelled and executed by concerned authorities.
