Article (1)

GPC for agriculture, animal and marine wealth is assigned to issue decisions for removal of buildings, constructions and fences which violate prevailing regulations outside the plans.

Article(2)

Public housing and utilities corporation is assigned to issue decisions for removal of existing buildings, constructions and fences which violate prevailing regulations inside the plans.

Article (3)

This decision to be applied from date of issue, to be executed by concerned authorities and published.
