To form administration committee for Public Authority for Information as follows:

  1. Dr. Mohamed Salem Bani. Secretary.
  2. Representative of GPC of planning. Member.
  3. Representative of GPC of Culture and Information. Member.
  4. Representative of GPC of public security. Member.
  5. Representative of GPC of economy, trade and investment Member.
  6. Representative of Libya Central Bank. Member.
  7. Representative of Civil Cases Department. Member.

Names of representative will be according decision issued by the concerned Secretary or his deputy.

Article (2)

 This decision to be applied from date of issue and to be executed by concerned authorities.
