1. to link relations between the center and high studies students.
   
2. to publish human rights culture and to focus on participation of people in ideology and human rights system.  
   
3. to initiate the capabilities and skills of researchers and  high studies students in  field of collecting, analyzing and authentication of data and information.
   

Topics:
1- human rights ideological and philosophical principles and sources
2- human rights in western ideology (liberalism and Marxism)
3- human rights in Islamic political ideology
4- human rights in Arab political ideology
Conditions
1.students to be registered in high studies stage inside and outside Libya
2.student should submit signed and stamped studying status from faculty or institute or educational corporation.
         
3.student  should submit CV which includes his activities, participation and previous researches (if any) and should  attach email concerning his research, Tel. No.  and full address.
4. student should submit primary proposal on topic's address and summary of research paper.
5.research papers will be evaluated scientifically to determine its acceptance in the conference
6. last  date of submission of applications is 15.06.2008.
General information:

1. accepted candidates will be informed at the end of June 2008 by the organizing authority
   
2. the organizing authority will bear the expenses for traveling and  accommodation of the accepted candidates
