General Assembly’s Invitation

National Commercial Bank invites shareholders to attend the general assembly on 25.12.2011 at 10.00 hrs at Rexos Hotel’s hall.  In case there will be no quorum, the general assembly will be held on 26.12.2011 at the same place and time to consider the following work program:

1. Bank’s financial status as at 31.10.2011 as a results of incidents that occurred during 17th February revolution

2. Formation of bank’s board of directors

3. Appointment of external auditor

The general assembly should discuss only the issues in the work program.  Shareholders may view data, documents and financial reports with the bank during office hours and website www.ncb.ly
