These reforming steps which Ghanem started have received a positive response from the first and second generations of the Libyan revolution and have been supported by the Leader of Revolution when he stressed that Libya should be developed in a modern way and take into consideration the surrounding changes. Old inflexible ideas are gradually diminishing and allowing new open-minded views to take place. Of these views are those Engineer Saief Al-Islam Al-Qathafi, the chairman of the Gaddafi Foundation for Development, who addressed the Libyan youths last week and discussed some sensitive issues related to the life of the citizens and how it can be reformed and the collective will needed to do so. Saief Al-Islam's speech was greatly admired by the audience who stood ovation various times as he continued to touch on the issues of their dreams and how they must be fulfilled. He called for new blood in the administering of the country and generating rapid development. He criticized the way the country's affairs are being managed, especially in those areas related to the management of the economy and its various sectors. He pointed out the weak points in the economy and where modern approaches should be introduced. Saief Al-Islam also criticized the state of the media in Libya which should be playing a part in the developmental process instead of the current bad few newspapers that are being published today. The gathering of the Libyan youths who listened to Saief's speech had expectations and felt that he can be the one who help them express these expectations and achieve them. It is really new blood for new hopes. Mohamed A.M.Sulaiman
